Context: Raising the Bar for Building Sustainability
In neighborhoods that have historically borne the impacts of aging infrastructure and environmental burdens, multifamily buildings are increasingly taking a proactive role in improving energy performance. The South Bronx co-op highlighted in Skylight set out to make strategic investments that would reduce energy use, stabilize operating costs, and position the building for future regulatory and climate challenges.
