As a Senior Energy Engineer, Stephanie has led energy studies covering over 8 million square feet of existing buildings. Her expertise includes energy modeling, engineering design, retro‑commissioning, and project management for a variety of energy efficiency upgrades and capital improvement projects at complex, large-scale commercial facilities. 

Stephanie is also an integral member of EN-POWER GROUP’s control services team, where she combines her understanding of complex energy systems, energy modeling, and software programming expertise to identify custom energy improvements through the use of smart controls and ongoing monitoring-based commissioning (MBCx). She has specified, installed, and managed control systems ranging from localized equipment controls to building‑wide management systems (BMS). These projects draw on her experience as a Controls Systems Engineer at a large instrumentation and controls (I&C) systems integrator where she designed industrial control panels for major biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and utility clients.
